For most projects, it is not necessary that anyone be onsite unless attic access is required.
No, we do not install new roofs. We specialize in roof repair and cleaning. Our goal is to extend the life of your existing roof!
No, we do not charge for estimates. However, there is a fee for a Buyer's Inspection for a home sale. Please contact the office and we would be happy to answer any further questions.
We do try to do an on-roof assessment every time. All of our consultants are trained and skilled in safely accessing and walking on a roof without causing damage. Getting up close and personal with the roof also ensures that our technicians are provided with detailed instructions for any maintenance or repair needed so that you aren't surprised with additional work that wasn't evident from the ground.
We stand behind all of our work! You’ll never have to guess whether a treatment, service, or product is covered by warranty. All manufacturer’s warranties will be honored and we’ll be happy to do what it takes to make sure you’re happy with our work.
In the rare instance that unable to warrant a repair it will be very obvious in the estimate and relaid to you by the consultant before the project.
Yes! Even during the rainy season when it seems like everyone’s roof is leaking, we’re able to come out to your home, quickly pinpoint the cause of the leak, and repair your roof.
If your roof is leaking, call us right now: (360) 910-8938. Don’t delay! Small roof leaks can quickly become big problems.
Sometimes leaks are caused by improper installation, but even a perfectly installed roof can leak. Leaks can be caused by extreme weather, storms, heavy winds, animals such as squirrels, or deterioration. Even in a newer roof, if heavy moss is a problem that isn't taken care of, the shingles can begin to deteriorate. The best way to avoid prolonged problems is to take care of moss, leaks, or other issues right away.
Don't worry though, just because your roof has a leak doesn't mean you can't have it repaired and maintained to last many more years!
Every roof is different and requires a unique approach. Generally speaking you should periodically check your roof for these warning signs:
- Moss growth
- Loose or missing shingles or tiles
- Pest infestations (including insects)
If you see something you’re worried about, contact us. We’ll come out and take a look at no charge.
While it’s possible to perform basic roof cleaning and maintenance yourself, many homeowners eventually regret doing so. Working on your roof is dangerous (even roofs that don’t look steep can be treacherous). Thousands of homeowners hurt themselves while working on their roofs every year. In addition, our roof maintenance technicians are trained to look for roofing problems before they’re noticeable to the untrained eye. We’re able to spot potential leaks and other problems before they start!
We’re available to work on homes throughout the Portland and Vancouver metro areas. Other cities we frequently work in include Camas, Ridgefield, and Battle Ground.
When you hire the Northwest Roof Maintenance team, you shouldn’t have to clean up after us. All of our repair, cleaning, and maintenance services include clean-up after the project is complete.
