What Is A Referral?
A referral is considered a homeowner who signs a contract with Northwest Roof Maintenance for a roof maintenance service or a full roof replacement project totaling $1,000 or more, including those involving insurance claims. A referral becomes a qualified customer once they have signed a contract and provided a deposit.
What Can You Refer?
You cannot refer to your own primary residence. However, if Northwest Roof Maintenance has replaced your primary residence roof, you may refer a second home, rental property, or other qualifying property. Referrals must be submitted through the Submit Referral Form before the referred homeowner has had any initial contact with Northwest Roof Maintenance. Each household is limited to one referrer participating in the Referral Rewards Program.
Does the Referral Certificate Expire?
Certificates expire one year from the issue date and has no cash value.
Tax Reporting for Referral Rewards
Tax reporting — If required by law, Northwest Roof Maintenance will issue applicable tax forms, such as Form 1099, for qualifying annual referral payments.
