Do I need my roof replaced, or can it be cleaned?
Often cleaned. Moss on the surface is not the same as structural failure underneath. We inspect for granule loss, brittleness, failed flashing, and soft decking — the things that actually determine remaining life. If it can be maintained, we’ll tell you.
